Other: Best Ride Taxi is doubling the fare without notice and threatening to take me to the police. The driver I think his name is Robbie ran a few stop signs and his car was not safe at all. I paid him and called the number again and they told me that the city rules don't apply to them> I don't understand if they are operating in town, how come they can violate the city rules like that?
