Parking on Unimproved Surface:
Other: All semester, two cars have always parked going the wrong way in front of 1107 W 6th St. Recently, the number of cars increased by one. Last night there were four cars all parked going the wrong way on that section of the street. There is no reason for this, and the violators should be ticketed. Thanks.
