Sewer Problems (Sanitary Sewers):

Other: there are roots blocking the end of the waste water pipe from our house and that of our neighbor. Our pipe was backed up on Saturday and roto rooter came to look at the problem. They did what they could but this issue is on the city pipe. We would be grateful if someone could come and remove the roots asap as there is a real risk of the pipe becoiming blocked 9and the waste water flooding into the house and garage again) very soon. This issue has been reported perviously (with no response) and is now becoming a serious issue. Thank you for your help.
