Sidewalk & Curb Complaints:

Other: There is a very dangerous joint in the sidewalk in Woodscrest in front of 2623 E. Windermere Woods Dr. We believe it is a city sidewalk since it is on a city street. Can the joint be shaved to even put the surfaces?

Anne, According to City Ordinance 12.04-010 repair of sidewalks are the responsibility of the adjacent owner. Our supervisor went to this location and it is not caused by a City tree. You will need to contact your HOA.
