closed: Can't Fix #180037

Utilities Construction:

Other: I spoke with two Martha Street residents who mentioned that they are seeing many people taking a short cut through the culvert that runs east-west between Matlock Heights and Lower Cascades. They indicated that following some utilities work, they were expecting workers to install a No Trespassing or Private Property sign to deter such foot traffic, but that no such sign has been installed. Could you follow up and see what might be done at this site? Thanks!
