Other: Apparently I wasn't clear in my first report. Both my husband and I had the data from our credit cards captured in one of the downtown parking meters - not the card itself. This resulted in fraudulent charges on our checking account and the need to cancel and replace the card. This is a serious issue, making the credit card option for the meters unsafe. Is there a way that the data can be encoded so that it can't be captured electronically?

Lissa- Was this using the credit card processor in the meter itself, or by using ParkMobile?
I have contacted the Director of Parking Services concerning this issue. Ms. Wahl will respond asap.
