Parking Meters and Citations:

Other: Fourth street parking garage. Friday, October 29, 10:50pm, leaving the parking garage took 20 minutes!!! Only one out lane open - ridiculous!!! Had to pay an extra $0.50 for waiting in line to get out. Should have been 2 out lanes open. Please correct for future!!!!
