DB and spoke with pendragon properties maintenance supervisor (Rita)and she will take care of the situation within 2 weeks. Will monitor. Rita (Pendragon Properties) called and asked what are the regulations on dumpsters and enclosures, went to planning and copied specifications and gave them to her on 05/15/2008 she will call HAND when they are finished rebuilding enclosure. 05/29/2008 DB dumpster is not to specifications called her on the phone and told her to properly repair the dumpster. will monitor.
