Other: I live directly behind individuals who repeatedly let their 2 dogs outside on their small, fenced-in patio at any hour of day - most offensively before 7am on weekdays and before 8am on weekends. The dogs bark incessantly whenever they are outside, and the owners allow them to remain outside for varying lengths of time, barking to be let into the house or at neighbors on their patios. This is a public nuisance and possible animal neglect. This has been ongoing since March 2021, and the Oaklawn Park HOA refuses to address it.
Spoke with owners to make them aware of situation. Will patrol area.
