Other: If you are heading west on 3rd street, and want to turn left into High Street, the left turn arrow lights do not turn on (neither green nor yellow). That is, the left turn lights to turn left onto High St from 3rd St do not turn on. This is pretty dangerous, since it's difficult to make a left turn without them.
