Other: On Wednesday, Nov 11th this light was struck and knocked over by a truck. The truck was part of the crew putting sod down on Rogers Rd. as part of the Rogers (High to The Stands) Multiuse Path Project.

The damaged street light was reported to Duke Energy on 11/13/20 at 9:41 am. Duke Energy will replace the light pole and/or fixture.

Matt - It is reported here that this light was knocked down by the sodding contractor during the sod installation on the Winslow/Rogers project. Did the contractor report it to us? If not can you investigate and report back as I don't to have DPW resources go to repairs if it was a subcontractor who caused the damage on one of our projects. Many thanks, Adam
