Other: The sidewalk along E Azalea continues to be covered with leaves, scrub brush and a fallen tree. This is alongside Winslow Woods. I reported this six weeks ago. Everyone in our neighborhood has to walk in the street along this city owned sidewalk. I've got a good photo that I'm unable to include with this ticket as it blows the photo up to just some giant leaves rather than showing the obstructed sidewalk.
