Street Lights:

Other: The light where High Street crosses Moore's Pike was not changing properly last Saturday (it was continually green for the east/west traffic and not changing for the north/south traffic). Now, when it changes green for the north/south bound traffic on High street it only stays green for 8 seconds (I timed it). Only one car can pass per green light.
