Other: Large bump in the concrete caused by a tree root on walking/bike path across from La Charreada Mexican Restaurant. Creates significant trip spill or fall hazard for runner or cyclist. I separated my shoulder last week after hitting it and falling off my bike. Needs to be fixed immediately to prevent future incidents for others trying to enjoy the park.
