Other: Hi, we're getting large potholes in Highland Ave north of 1st and south of University at the entrance to the alleyway. Also, I believe the city takes care of the sidewalk/entrance to the alleyway itself, which has also deteriorated in the years since it was last repaired. (I had called the city and watched it repaired.)
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 9 days have already passed.
