Web Form: This morning, a bus was dropping off children at the Buskirk-Chumley for a student matinee. The bus swung out too hard and ended up hitting and denting the parking meter on Kirkwood closest to the corner of Kirkwood and Washington on the block that has the Buskirk-Chumley Theater.
