Water Utility Problems:

Web Form: I live at 3260 Southern Oaks dr there is a cover not on /missing on a water valve at 3256 Southern oaks dr. My neighbor has hit it with his lawn mower and destroyed 2 of them see rust in the picture of the last hit this year. They are Chinese I believe here affiliated with IU. I have tried to put this lid back on and it seems to be not the lid for this or there is another reason it will not fit. It is a trip hazard right next to the sidewalk.
