Abandoned Vehicle:

Web Form: There is a gold-colored Chrysler Town & Country mini van (Indiana license plate #VAL694) parked in front of the home at 322 E. 1st St. that is legally abandoned under 15.04.020: "A vehicle left on public property continuously without being moved for three days". https://library.municode.com/in/bloomington/codes/code_of_ordinances?nodeId=TIT15VETR_CH15.04DE_15.04.020ABVE This is at least the third time that this vehicle has been abandoned in the exact same spot along East First Street in the past month.

CFS created (B19-02390) and Parking Enforcement sent to begin the process for marking the vehicle for abandoned on 1/17/2019 at 1428 hours. Officer Wisley responded, marked the vehicle for abandoned, and issued a citation.
