Web Form: Parking meter 76118 is not accepting debit/credit card payment. I tried to use my card at least 15 times, but it would not work. I accidentally paid for 1 hour of parking at the spot next to it to verify my card was working. I had to install the mobile app to pay for parking at this spot.
