Potholes, Other Street Repair:

Web Form: There are a couple of holes on Leonard Springs Rd. where there are deep holes. I believe from underground access areas that were not raised after paving. One, right after Tapp Rd going south is terrible and I cant avoid it if there is oncoming traffic.
