Other: ureport drop down category menus not accessible on iphones or tablets. please address. most of the ureport stuff is sighted out in the world, so mobile device compatibility would be lovely.

Thank you for the heads up about this issue. We agree that this is a big problem and are actively working on a solution to fix it. The new version of the web client for ureport is being developed here: https://github.com/City-of-Bloomington/open311-nodejs We hope to have this fix in place for the public to use soon.
