Other: The bike lane on Lincoln between Fourth and Kirkwood, opposite the new construction at the southwest corner of Kirkwood and Lincoln never got fixed up after the construction at the southeast corner. So there is a seam running the length of it making it be at two different levels. Because of the construction, the street is really narrow there, but the bike lane is half unusable. This is a dangerous situation and the bike lane there should be fixed.

Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 108 days have already passed.

The reconfiguration of the bike lane, restriping and fixing the "lip" in the pavement will need to be addressed when the road is resurfaced in the future. I emailed the constituent 12/20/2018 to let them know.

I have once again contacted the property owner (Sarge Rentals) regarding getting this fixed. When I receive a solid date of completion from them I will update the constituent.
