Other: I pay $67 a month to park in the Morton St. garage. For the past week and a half almost, the gates to the garage have always been open. Anyone can come and go as they please. What exactly am I paying for if it has been open this long?

Nick: The parking Garage at Morton Street is being changed out with new parking equipment. The gates will be up until the installation is complete. If you wish to cancel your parking pass, you may drop it off at the Morton Street Garage office. However, if you do so, you will not be able to get back into the garage as a monthly parker in September as the location is sold out.
