Other: The closed road sign is at the very end of the road for the north bound lane of rockport upon exiting Fullerton pike. I understand informing that the road is closed about 1 mile ahead, but its blocking safe access to the lane for anyone traveling to their homes in bachelor heights. I feel that it is unsafe and obstructing traffic.
