Potholes, Other Street Repair:
Other: Not sure if this is the correct category but there is vomit on the back stairwell of the parking garage off walnut and 7th street over Scotty's. The vomit is on the back stairwell before the first level and has been there for weeks. There is also lots of cardboard at the base of the stairs where perhaps someone was sleeping before it got to cold-- it has been there for weeks as well. Could someone please clean up that back stair well. It is rather unpleasant to have to walk past old vomit every day.
