Other: When our recycling was picked up on Thursday, apparently half the material in the can was stuck and did not fall into the truck, maybe because a flattened cardboard box was a little bit wedged against the sides of the bin. So when we got home after the pickup, we found the bin still half-full. Maybe it is possible for the sanitation workers to double-check to make sure bins are properly emptied before returning them to the curb.
