Other: This is in regards to the 11/21/16 report I made. REQUEST # 11687264 Outdoor light located at 800 W Kirkwood Ave. has still not been repaired. It is in the same condition it was this fall. The light comes on for maybe 2 minutes at a time, then goes out for 10 minutes and starts the cycle again...first it flickers in an amber color and it at its full brightness for again, about 2 minutes. This is a main road in town and serves many people on foot. It is as unsafe as it is annoying. Please fix asap. Thank you!
