Other: Hello, there is a blue Dodge Durango that has been parked in front of 933 Buckingham Drive for at least 1-2 years. It now has a current license plate but it always has a flat tire. I believe it can only be parked there for 72 hours. Also, there are cars that park the wrong way on Piccadilly Street and are on the sidewalk.
