Other: There is a retaining wall located between the houses on S. Sweetbriar Circle and S. Henderson St. I realize that the wall is on the private property, but was wondering if the city had any details about how the wall was constructed or if there was a specific code that the builder was supposed follow in order for the city to permit the wall.
