Potholes, Other Street Repair:
Other: The east side of South Dunn Street between East Dodds Street and East Wylie Street is crumbling and breaking apart. The photo doesn't show this very well, but the rut running along the side of the street is fairly deep and could easily damage a car tire or rim. The asphalt looks like a heavy truck passed over it and broke it up.
