Other: Parking Violations 814 South Eastside Drive. Every day the illegal number of tenants at 814 S. Eastside Drive block my father's (a senior citizen) ability to get out of his driveway because they are violating parking ordinances (Parking in the street -and extending out of driveways). Indiana license plates; QT2071 and CC2678
