Other: Constant notes on car for parking when there is no evident issue with parking. I'm afraid they will bust my window next. I have contacted the apartment manager and they say there is nothing they can do. I believe an investigation should be started to find out who is writing the notes. I have a valid permit for parking in the complex. But my designated spot was taken. So I parked in another available spot.
