Other: I've noticed quite a few cars traveling south bound on Washington Street between 12th and 10th at a fairly high rate of speed, especially as they crest the hill at 11th. With the new development at coming to the High Point commercial property on North Walnut at 11th, I feel like Washington is going to start seeing a lot more traffic heading downtown. Could traffic calming measures be investigated for this stretch of road?
