Other: The homeowner at 3860 S. Mill Stone Way is habitually negligent in the maintenance of their yard. Only mowed it once since I reported them 2 months ago. The back yard slope has not yet been mowed this year. On the south side of the house there is a small pile of brush that's been there for months that has a snake living in it. Please help. My daughter is afraid to play in the yard with so many places for wild animals to hide in their grass. This is an eyesore for the entire neighborhood. Thank you!
