Adam was able to find the information for Ms. Edmonds and later spoke with her and answered her questions.
Phone Call: Barbara Edmonds called on 10.4.12 to complain about the lack of help she had received from the Utilities Dept. She said she was trying to find out how much her current bill was, but was put on hold for 40 minutes and different people she spoke with were rude and/or did not know how to help her.
Adam was able to find the information for Ms. Edmonds and later spoke with her and answered her questions.
