Phone Call: Ms. Banks said she had reported an abandoned car across from her house two weeks ago but couldn't remember who she talked to. Car is still there.

2012-01-27 Qualters of BPD checked with Dispatch last week and no record found of complainant's request. Today, found that complainant had called reporting issue as a parking problem 2 weeks prior to this being generated. Officer to speak with complainant today to have vehicle pointed out and abandoned process will begin by BPD under CFS 012712-172.
