Site visit, trees still not cut. We have waited 17 days and have not heard a response from the property owner. Sending issue to Street Department to have trees cut back on 8th and Hopewell.

Pictures, site visit showed trees growing into the roadway and covering street signs. This is creating a line-of-sight issue. Traffic in Westbound lane needs to cross centerline in order to avoid trees. Sent NOV to address on record.
