Other: exceeds 40 pound weight limit **note** resident phoned and was very upset that the crews left her a notice and claims that she did not know that there was a weight limit. I explained the program and the weight and size restrictions. I told her that this time if she broke down the trash into two cans I would send the crews back to pick it up (ljl)
