AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 2024-20 THAT FIXED THE SALARIES OF APPOINTED OFFICERS, NON-UNION, AND A.F.S.C.M.E. EMPLOYEES FOR ALL THE DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF BLOOMINGTON, MONROE COUNTY, INDIANA FOR THE YEAR 2025
This ordinance amends Ordinance 2024-20, which fixed the salaries of appointed officers, non-union, and A.F.S.C.M.E. employees for the year 2025. The amendment comes at the request of the Human Resources Department to reflect changes to several non-union positions within the City. Note: This Ordinance was amended at the February 5th Regular Session to fix a typographical error in Section 3 that erroneously stated that the number of Grade 8 Project Managers within the Engineering Department was being changed from two to three positions, when it needed to be changed from three to two positions to account for the creation of the Project Manager 111 position.
