I contacted James last week since our water was yellow/brown when turned hot. He said to let the water run for a few minutes then put water from each faucet, hot and cold, into 2 clear water jars, from each faucet. The color is still present, but the water is much clearer. Trash piling up in the alley at 608 S. Washington. One of the bags has a rotting deer carcass in it with hoofs sticking out of the bag. Complainant reports that the trash has been piled to the gutters before.
