There are 4 very large potholes right near each other on Lincoln street that make it impossible to drive down the street without hitting them.

sign at the intersection of Larkspur and Woodhill is not spelled correctly. It is spelled Lakespur not Larkspur. He is worried that an emergency vehicle may have a problem.

I was damn near killed today by a car that didn't stop at the corner of High Street and Maxwell Lane. The car was coming south on High Street while I was coming west on Maxwell. There is no crosswalk at the intersection, but there is a stop sign for traffic. The stop sign is not stopping traffic.
