This complaint was left on voice mail by Becci Brock, Risk Management Dept. She received a phone call from a citizen that stated there is a line of sight problem in the east/west alley between 15th/16th Streets as you come out onto Dunn Street. The alley is overgrown with bushes and shrubs making it difficult to see oncoming traffic. She did not state which corner had the problem.
Trash bags put out, not incontainers, no tags. Told Carol -- she will check it out.

Anonymous caller complained that occupant at this house was having workers par cars in the street instead of the driveway.
Lid off.
Caller said occupant was holding church services at home on Sunday afternoons from 2-4.
The grass is never cut and all of the neighbors would like to have something done.
The vacant lot directly beside 514 W. 15th has weeds, grass at least 3 feet tall. There have been rodents coming from the property also.
