Commercial building with multiple businesses; Shanti Indian Cuisine dumping trash on top of the empty dumpster. The trash bag broke and now food lying all around the dumpster; causing foul smell. Ms. Eads also contacted the Health Dept.

This complaint is in lieu of a letter that Mr. Brostoff was to submit to the Traffic Commission requesting that the existing loading zone sign in front of 1200 N. College be removed and the parking revert back to 2 hour. Brostoff moved his business to this address within the last few months. There was an existing loading zone sign in front of his business. He does not need this loading zone and would like to have the parking space for customers.

This was given to the Engineering Department via Risk Management. There is a line of sight problem at the northeast corner of Clark Street & 8th Street. Clark Street stops for 8th. It is difficult for people travelling south on Clark to see oncoming traffic going west on 8th Street due to the shrubs on the northeast corner.
