My neighbors loaded a box spring and several bags of trash out of their house about a month ago and it hasn't moved. At least one person walking down my alley dug through this garbage, as well as several animals. They are IU students who seem to have come back about once a week, but haven't taken any trash to the curb since graduation. It's now ripped open and blowing around their yard and the alley.

Recurring problem during warm weather months. Property owner at 1117 S. Rogers does not trim shrubs making it difficult to see oncoming traffic for motorists pulling onto Rogers from neighborhood alley. Shirley Schooley (1118 S. Madison) is usually the one who calls in and reports it.
There is trash built up behind the house, there is stinky dogs, and green bugs flying everywhere.
Trash has been left out for several days with no tags.
3-4 large dogs in fenced in back yard. Dog waste accumulates and smells so bad that the neighbors can't sit outside. Complainants say they have called animal control several times. HAND has also referred 3 previous complaints to animal control with no response. JIM: Please let me know if this is something we can address (or need to, based on investigating the complaint) through BMC & Animal control or if it has to become a civil matter between the neighbors. Yard is filthy. Garbage bags in back yard & dog manure & straw stacked up in back of lot.
bushes are so overgrown that to pull out on to Rogers from the alley you have to pull half way into the street to see. Very dangerous. Please call Ron with update
