neighbor emailed me the following: Dear Bloomington sanitation department, Is there someone I can contact concerning uncollected trash? . The tenants at 913 West Cascade Ave. moved in on Monday (Aug 24th) and deposited their untagged and unbagged trash in their front yard. (see photo) THIS is the yard at 913 W. 11th Street. The owner uses this house for storage and seems to think this neighborhood deserves no better than this heap. The front porch is just as bad. This is more than unsightly. This is a health and safety hazard - there are several children living right next door. PLEASE get this taken care of for the sake of everyone. I will also be contacting Kate Rosenbarger about this.
