Sewer odor in home for a very long time. (First time complaint)
We asked our tenants to dispose of thier trash and have not seen any results. We would like for the city to give them warnings. Maybe both of our efforts will suceed.

DIRTY WATER
The problem is with a unit in Whittington Commons. It is at the end of the first drive to your left off the main street into the complex. The tenants have left their trash out and animals got into it scattering the trash all over the hillside behind 1385 W. Allen Street. The citizen tried to talk to the tenants but they refuse to pick it up.
There is trash in the yard
This house has 3 or 4 dogs and several cats which are kept in a fenced in yard. However the neighbors are complaining about the strong odor due to animal waste and urine. Please do a "welfare" check to see that the animals are being properly cared for.
The tenants at 501 S. Woodlawn have not taken care of their trash in 3 weeks. Kris called Hallmark Rentals and reported this and still nothing has been done.
