Recurring problem during warm weather months. Property owner at 1117 S. Rogers does not trim shrubs making it difficult to see oncoming traffic for motorists pulling onto Rogers from neighborhood alley. Shirley Schooley (1118 S. Madison) is usually the one who calls in and reports it.

3-4 large dogs in fenced in back yard. Dog waste accumulates and smells so bad that the neighbors can't sit outside. Complainants say they have called animal control several times. HAND has also referred 3 previous complaints to animal control with no response. JIM: Please let me know if this is something we can address (or need to, based on investigating the complaint) through BMC & Animal control or if it has to become a civil matter between the neighbors. bushes are so overgrown that to pull out on to Rogers from the alley you have to pull half way into the street to see. Very dangerous. Please call Ron with update
