pot holes
There is pothole at the intersection of Dodds and Rodgers. It is by crosswalk on the east side of Rodgers.

There is pothole on eastbound Dodds St in the crosswalk at the intersection of Rogers St.
Please look at Smith Ave between Walker and Euclid Streets. Growth along the length encroaches into the street. And the intersections with Davisson and Buckner are especially troublesome for those at the stop sign who cannot see approaching traffic. The Buckner/Smith intersection the view to the west is blocked by two vehicles always parked next to the road.
Per the city of Bloomington's electric scooter guidelines "Park the scooter in a bike rack or in another lawful spot on public property that does not block the right-of-way, limit access for individuals with disabilities, risk damaging private or public property, or jeopardize public safety." These the leaf-filled holes in Bryan Park. In the area where, I was told, and underground stream flows and then feeds into Sheridan Creek. I thought they might be burrowing crawdads holes. Someone else (see photo comment) suggests broken drainage tile. Was that area ever drained and tiled? In either case, can anything be done?
I have seen people who seem to be city and/or parks employees drive private and city vehicles off S. Stull Ave and on to the grass to get around the chain at the equipment garage. Maybe the chain could be locked with something easier to open.
I live at 912 S. Rogers, across the street from a homeless shelter. The lights in the alley behind my house (the alley that runs between Dixie and Dodds streets) are not working. One seems to be burnt out and one is at half power and shuts off every few minutes.
