Several concerns : as you exit 3rd st and make yr way up the 150’ turn onto s muller: 1) there are no sidewalks - after the initial work was done near 3rd st. This is a dangerous walk for the tenants in the housing complex down muller. Students etc have to walk in the road 2) there needs to be a speed bump added across from the fire hydrant and across form Steward Electric. Reports will show several accidents here. Once drivers clear the speed bump coming out from the housing area - it’s light them up time down to 3rd st. 3) severe potholes on the first 150 ft up the hill on muller Pkwg off third. We bought a house with HAND assistance at 1400 S. Palmer. The Dunn Hill painted houses are one block to the east. The 1300 block and 1400 block of South Palmer are well maintained residences, some owner-occupied, some rental. Now, I pay a lot of taxes for my house and yard. A lot. And I hope to see some benefit from doing that in terms of the trash problems at 1316 and 1317 South Palmer. Both residences bring down my property value immensely. They are total trash dumps. I collect trash from the street every week and the trash pickup. It's 99% things that people throw from their cars or just walking by. But those two places simply generate their own trash. I pick it up. But I'm tired of picking it up. I need some help. These two places sit opposite each other. The one of the west of the street is some kind of used car business. This would not be allowed on Dunn Street, just a block away. The place on the east of the street, they never deal with their trash, trash, junk, you name it. Please help.
