1305, 1313, 1401 W. Woodhill Drive, plus others in the West Pointe subdivision, have mold on exterior, broken shutters and garage doors. They are in total disrepair. Caladbolg Corporation needs to be held accountable to city code 16.04.040 Exterior property areas. Their properties are nothing but eyesores! Please get these properties cleaned up!

Lights within Gentry Estates Subdivision at the following two locations are not staying on (They come on, fade low, go out, and eventually come back on and then repeat the same problem over and over again.): 1.
